Drive-through service was extremely frustrating with the dual intercom ordering system not be utilized effectively. On two separate occasions I waited for my order to be taken, while 5 cars who came after me were served prior to the cashier even acknowledging that I was waiting, I did speak into the intercom. I asked to speak with the manager, who advised that the intercom may not have been working properly, so she went outside while I waited, holding up the line for the 10 other customers who had accumulated behind me. When the Manager returned, she looked at me and said "Oh you're still here!" She went on to indicate that ithe speaker worked, and it was difficult only having one staff person on (although 2 people were confirmed working during my time waiting!) The Manager was rude and condescending as she said "well I don't know what you want from me?" The least she could have done was to appologise with sincerity & offer my $4.00 breakfast at no charge. The same Manager was working during the second time the delay in ordering occured while I was with my husband and children, when 3 cars were served as we waited. I saw the Manager inside and asked my husband not to complain, due to the way I was treated on the first occasion. Although I do not recall the Managers name, she was younger (25ish) long dark hair, and drives a teal/green Cavalier. I am very disappointed with the Arthur St. location. The Manager needs additional training in customer relations.
